Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prioritize educational needs collaboratively
• Design and implement relevant educational programs
• Foster interprofessional relationships for effective learning
• Measure educational impact and adjust strategies accordingly
• Arrange clinical placements and support student learning
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Minimum three years of public health experience
• At least one year in education or leadership roles
• Valid BC Driver's Licence with vehicle access
• Solid skills in communication and conflict resolution
