Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee relationship management and service delivery consistency
• Address and resolve contractual performance issues transparently
• Monitor quality assurance alongside QA management




• Facilitate effective contract management with suppliers
• Support auditing processes and compliance checks
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in management within Facilities Management
• 10 years of FMO experience in relevant roles
• University degree in civil engineering or related fields
• Understanding of facility management software systems
• Willingness to travel across the Greater Toronto Area
