Join the dedicated team at 360°kids as a Part-Time Overnight Youth Worker in Markham, ON. Support vulnerable youth every weekend from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM through mentoring and crisis management.
In this key role within the HOPE Program, you'll provide individualized support to youth impacted by trafficking. 360°kids has over 35 years of experience in improving lives through innovative programs. You will leverage your skills in crisis intervention and youth counseling as you help navigate their journey toward safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess youth needs and establish individualized goals
• Facilitate life skills sessions tailored to youth
• Provide counseling and crisis support using trauma-informed care
• Advocate for access to community resources and housing
• Maintain thorough documentation of interactions and case developments
Requirements:
• CYW Diploma/Degree or equivalent training
• Experience with vulnerable populations preferred
• Valid G driver's license and vehicle for work
• Current first aid/CPR certification required
• Solid communication and conflict resolution skills
