In this full-time position, you will report to the Manager of Labour Relations and support the implementation of the organization's strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer strategic advice on labour relations issues • Support management in grievance and dispute resolutions • Lead investigations into workplace incidents • Prepare proposals for collective bargaining • Recommend procedural improvements in labour relations
Requirements: • Relevant degree in Human Resources or similar • 3-5 years experiencing in unionized labour relations • Preferred ADR training and CHRP designation • Extensive knowledge of employment laws • Ability to manage conflict with professionalism
