You will spearhead client interactions during their crucial first 90 days, providing hands-on training and account configuration tailored to their needs. Your role is pivotal in demonstrating the usability of Clio’s suite, making onboarding not just a phase but an opportunity for customer success. This dynamic position requires a blend of technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding strategy and training for clients • Drive achievement of clients’ initial value indicators • Assist with data migration and account setup • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transitions • Develop and enhance documentation for client support
Requirements: • 3+ years in customer onboarding or success roles • Effective communication and trouble-shooting skills • Proficiency in B2B SaaS solutions • Comfort with virtual training tools • Understanding of legal professional needs is a bonus
