Experience within the insurance sector and organizational design certification will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct analyses for organizational and job design • Develop comprehensive job descriptions and profiles • Create processes and tools for design efficiencies • Map jobs against established benchmarks • Support ongoing compensation evaluations and initiatives
Requirements: • Educational background in HR or Business Administration • At least 5 years of relevant experience • Korn Ferry architecture experience is a plus • Insurance industry knowledge preferred • Qualified organizational design certification advantageous
