Overview Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions division is seeking a Process Owner, Operations to play a leading role in the successful delivery of the AS-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation while establishing the long-term governance, performance, and continuous improvement framework for their assigned enterprise process domains. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Process Performance & Governance, this role serves as the primary business authority for process design, standardization, adoption, and process-related decision making across divisions, regions, and Global Services. Acting as the enterprise process authority for their assigned domain, the Process Owner, Operations will lead future-state process design, drive business alignment across the organization, establish enterprise standards,



and champion the adoption of current ways of working enabled through SAP S/4HANA. Working in close partnership with business leaders, Global Services, implementation partners, and peer Process Owners, this role will help ensure the successful deployment, stabilization, and realization of business value from the ERP transformation. Following implementation, the Process Owner will retain ongoing accountability for process governance, performance management, and continuous improvement.
