Passionate about supporting childhood educators? London Children’s Connection is looking for Program Support Coaches to contribute to enriching school age programs on a part time basis.
In this role, you will work closely with educators, assisting in the development of safe and nurturing environments. Your experience will help create positive relationships and effective routines for children aged 4 to 12. Flexibility in scheduling and travel to different LCC programs will enhance your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide program staff in building positive child relationships
• Identify program needs and implement supportive strategies
• Establish consistent routines for effective learning




• Collaborate on Individual Support Plans with coordinators
• Present on relevant topics for staff professional development
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Two years’ experience with children 4-12 years old
• Knowledge in trauma-informed practices
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
• Familiarity with child care policies and regulations
