Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards. This role calls for someone with solid experience and a mindset focused on safety and teamwork. Travel across BC will be required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage on-site construction activities and compliance
• Lead and motivate construction crews for efficiency
• Submit crew timesheets on a daily basis
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders




• Promote and enforce safety policies and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Class 5 driver's license with a clean record
• 5-7 years' experience in construction, BC Hydro exposure valued
• Familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code and regulations
• Ability to work out of town and adapt to conditions
