Silent-Aire Limited Partnership, a Johnson Controls company, is seeking a Welder Apprentice in the Edmonton region to support fabrication of prototypes, jigs and metal structures. You will read blueprints, set up welding equipment and perform GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SMAW operations under supervision. Requirements include enrollment in an Alberta Apprenticeship program, 500 hours of welding experience, and the ability to obtain CSA W47.1/W47.2 certifications.
