Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee all aspects of acquisition integrations and purchase accounting • Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close process • Prepare annual and quarterly financial reporting statements • Continuously enhance financial record-keeping systems • Lead and develop a proactive accounting team

Requirements: • 7+ years in accounting or finance roles • 4+ years managing others in an accounting function • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, CPA preferred • Solid understanding of ASC 805 • Familiarity with ERP systems, NetSuite beneficial
