Your extensive background of ten years in evaluation services should include leading evaluation projects, developing frameworks, and conducting both qualitative and quantitative assessments in complicated organizational structures.

• Lead mixed-method evaluations across complex projects • Design performance measurement frameworks to assess programs • Draft evaluation governance documentation and standards • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and analyses • Facilitate stakeholder engagement for effective evaluations
