This role is pivotal for maintaining Clutch’s fleet performance and involves monitoring service requirements and managing repairs. You will coordinate maintenance activities with vendors and field operations while providing detailed records and compliance documentation. Located in Toronto, you’ll be part of an expanding team dedicated to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee coordination of repairs and preventative maintenance • Track service requirements to maximize fleet availability • Build vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery • Maintain accurate vehicle and maintenance records • Assist in managing safety inventory supplies
Requirements: • 1-2 years of service coordination experience • Organizational and administrative capabilities are essential • Effective communication and relationship-building skills • Experience in fleet or automotive operations is a plus • Familiarity with fleet management tools is advantageous
