Axiom Technologies in Charlottetown, PEI, is seeking an experienced Deskside Support Analyst to provide onsite Level 2 technical support in a corporate environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage ITSM tickets, maintain asset inventories, and deliver hands-on support for end-user devices.

The role requires strong customer service, skilled client interaction, and bilingual English and French communication.
