Join SPI Health and Safety as a Hybrid HRIS Analyst, focusing on enhancing HRIS solutions and systems at our Blainville, Quebec location. This significant role emphasizes collaboration and optimization.

In the 12-month maternity leave contract, you will be the key resource for managing and configuring the Dayforce system modules. This role requires direct engagement with the Employee Success team to support HR processes and maintain data integrity across various systems. Here, you will also help in the administration of the Learning Management System for training compliance.

Key Responsibilities: • Configure Dayforce and maintain HR workflow rules • Execute systems testing during updates for stability • Develop automated processes and user reports • Lead improvement projects for HRIS and LMS • Assist with user support for course access and compliance

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in related field • Expertise in HRIS, particularly Dayforce • Proficient in business process documentation • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Bilingual in French and English
