Be a catalyst for change at CEE as a Full-Time Facilitator dedicated to supporting Black youth. This role emphasizes meaningful engagement and holistic development.
In this essential position, you will partner with the Industry Liaison to deliver effective programming and individualized support to youth who are navigating barriers in their personal and professional lives. With at least two years of relevant experience, you will guide participants through workshops, one-on-one check-ins, and provide valued referrals to necessary services. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating viable pathways for participant engagement and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in onboarding and initial participant assessments
• Conduct wellness check-ins and psychosocial evaluations
• Facilitate workshops that enhance self-care and resilience
• Track and document participant progress accurately
• Coordinate support services and community referrals
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in fields such as psychology
• Minimum of 2 years in social services or youth engagement
• Experience with mental health challenges is beneficial
• Robust communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license is a must
