Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections and evaluate work area safety
• Advise on Ledcor’s Health and Safety Management System
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines




• Facilitate safety training and orientation for new hires
• Assist in developing site-specific safety materials
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or mining
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (CRSP or equivalent)
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Background in risk assessment and safety training
• Valid driver’s license and successful completion of pre-employment checks
