Key Responsibilities:
• Provide diverse nursing services to individuals and families • Advocate and counsel on health issues and care plans • Utilize nursing processes for quality patient care • Establish collaborative relationships with healthcare teams • Perform mobilization tasks, including lifting and transporting patients
Requirements: • Completion of an accredited nursing program • Active or eligible registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification • Recent ISFL case management experience • Strong communication and organizational skills
