Key Responsibilities: • Direct the Calgary Manufacturing H&S; program with future growth in mind • Administer incident management through Cority software • Train employees on H&S; responsibilities and practices • Execute facility audits and compliance checks • Produce key safety reports and performance metrics

Requirements: • Occupational Health & Safety degree or equivalent • More than 10 years of relevant experience • Proven track record in leading H&S; initiatives • Familiarity with aviation safety regulations • Certification (CRSP or equivalent) is preferred
