Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support according to PDD budgets
• Complete case notes after each client interaction
• Monitor and report on client progress regularly




• Assist clients with daily living tasks and community activities
• Facilitate crisis interventions when necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities
• High school diploma; relevant post-secondary education is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
