Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct supervision and care to residents • Implement strengths-based relating practices in care • Ensure safety through regular perimeter checks • Complete necessary client documentation and reports • Participate in operational activities of the shelter

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a related field • Previous work with homeless youth or in a shelter • Effective communication skills in verbal and written formats • Valid certifications in First Aid/CPR and managing aggressive behavior • Completion of suicide intervention and prevention training
