Qualifications Applicants must hold OCT qualifications in the assigned subject in order to be eligible to apply to this Long-term Occasional vacancy. The pay range for Secondary Teacher, LTO or Contract, is in accordance with legislation. Placement on the salary grid will be determined on QECO category and years of experience. Successful candidates will initially be placed at the starting step but may be eligible for higher placement on the salary grid upon submission of the required documentation verifying QECO category and/or prior related experience as approved by the Board, as outlined in this .
