Lead the Assisted Living programs at Access Independent Living Services in Toronto, Ontario, and make a difference in the lives of adults with physical disabilities. This supervisory role involves direct oversight and program management in a 24/7 setting.
In this full-time permanent position, you will be key to coordinating operations, supervising dedicated staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. Your experience in community services will be invaluable as you support a consumer-centered approach to care. The role includes flexibility and participation in an on-call rotation for operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and ensure delivery of quality services
• Manage staffing schedules in a dynamic workplace




• Uphold compliance with organizational policies and health regulations
• Support Consumers to facilitate independence
• Be part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours needs
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in community care
• Proven experience in 24/7 service scheduling
• Familiarity with Health Information Management Systems
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to equity
