PERI is seeking a Head of Procurement for North America to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance. Lead the regional team and implement strategic cost optimization approaches.

This senior position focuses on procurement strategies that align with company goals in the US and Canada. The Head of Procurement Market Unit – North America will oversee regional purchasing activities, ensure quality in procurement processes, and drive a performance culture among the procurement teams. Your leadership will contribute significantly to total cost of ownership, EBIT, and supply security.

Key Responsibilities:



• Drive strategic initiatives on ERP rollouts and process harmonization • Negotiate regional demand and improve procurement performance • Ensure high data quality in SAP and ERP systems • Create KPI transparency and monitor target achievement • Enhance local supplier performance through KPI tracking

Requirements: • Over 5 years of strategic procurement experience • Proficient in SAP MM and ERP tools • Robust analytical and negotiation skills • Excellent leadership and communication capabilities • Fluent in German or other language skills advantageous
