Join our operations team as an experienced Material Handler, focusing on outdoor shipping and receiving tasks. You'll load, unload, and manage inventory while operating a diesel-powered forklift.
In this critical role, you will support daily shipping and receiving operations while ensuring safety standards are met in an outdoor workplace. The ideal candidate is skilled with a counterbalance forklift and can efficiently load, unload, and check materials. A strong commitment to health and safety is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials
• Check for overages, damages, and shortages during processing
• Operate a diesel forklift for order picking and shipment preparation




• Maintain pedestrian safety while operating machinery outdoors
• Participate in Health & Safety meetings to enhance workplace safety
Requirements:
• Valid forklift license from accredited Canadian program
• 1-3 years of counterbalance forklift experience
• Familiarity with outdoor inventory organization
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg occasionally
• Willingness to work overtime as required
