Scarborough Health Network is looking for a part-time Pharmacist to enhance medication safety and patient education at the General Site. In this role, you'll manage pharmacy operations and supervise technicians. Your focus will be on serving patients effectively and ensuring a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate medication records and profiles
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication use

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D
• Licensed with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
