Our client is seeking a highly organized professional with at least two years of experience in commercial real estate lending. In this role, you will manage relationships with borrowers, coordinate with legal counsel, and oversee third-party vendor interactions. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that loan documentation complies with strict guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage Letters of Intent and Commitment Letters • Handle deposits and distribute files to legal counsel • Provide customized closing checklists for borrowers • Coordinate with title insurance and other third-party vendors • Review all legal and financial documentation for accuracy
Requirements: • Minimum 2 years in commercial real estate lending or similar • Robust communication skills with external stakeholders • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan servicing software • Proven ability to manage multiple loan files efficiently
