Reporting to the Director, your focus will be on supporting ITB strategies that enhance Canada's shipbuilding capabilities. Engage with suppliers, government, and internal teams to achieve targeted economic objectives through strong relationship management and analytical insight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and support ITB strategy and commitments
• Foster relationships to uncover investment opportunities
• Prepare and submit proposals to government stakeholders




• Monitor ITB performance and recommend improvements
• Support negotiations with suppliers regarding ITB obligations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• Experience within Canada’s defense industry
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Post-graduate qualifications and existing networks are assets
