Support, maintain, and improve practices related to the production of recent products and existing processes. and implement sustainable corrective actions Participate in new product launches, process changes, and production trials Make the necessary adjustments, validations, and tests during the production phase Optimize and document critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, gluing methods) Work closely with the engineering, quality, production, and maintenance teams Contribute to the validation of production tools and equipment (presses, automated cells, gluing equipment) Participate in the implementation or modification of production equipment and facilities Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain robust process standards Train and support team leaders and operators, and ensure structured knowledge
