In this role, you will oversee the construction and remodeling of retail spaces, working closely with a team of sub-contractors and various trades. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, executing inspections, and maintaining excellent client communications. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee and coordinate store finish-out and remodel projects • Supervise and manage subcontractor tasks and trades daily • Schedule inspections and manage client walk-throughs • Maintain job records using MS Excel and provide updates • Occasionally perform hands-on labor as needed

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred • 5+ years’ experience in retail or commercial finish-out • Previous experience as a Superintendent in remodeling • Robust knowledge of construction documents • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift 50 pounds
