Serving as the right hand to the Hotel Operations Manager, you'll oversee areas such as Front Desk and Housekeeping while stepping into the manager’s shoes when needed. By fostering effective communication across departments and resolving guest inquiries, you contribute significantly to the Resort’s vibrant atmosphere. Your leadership will help maintain the Resort’s image and guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage daily hotel operations and guest interactions • Support and enforce guest service best practices • Approve departmental schedules in line with operational needs • Maintain meticulous documentation and payroll accuracy • Liaise with maintenance and HR for staff development

Requirements: • 2-3 years' experience in hotel management essential • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and PMS systems • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal • Dependable, punctual, and skilled demeanor required
