- Develop branding, print and packaging collateral, website layouts, digital advertisements, and email and social media assets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize work and resources
- Develop creative concepts aligned with strategic marketing objectives
- Review and approve team creative concepts and deliverables
- Develop motion graphics, animated content, short-form videos, presentation visuals, and multimedia assets
- Support video production through storyboarding, filming coordination, basic lighting and audio support, editing, captioning, formatting, and asset management
- Re-evaluate and refine digital assets on websites and ecommerce platforms using user data and current technology
- Organize and maintain a creative asset library for internal stakeholders
- Report to the Marketing Creative Director
- Partner with marketing, shared services, Human Resources, Sales, subject-matter experts, event teams, and external creative or production partners
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- 5+ years of creative experience
- Proven experience with digital campaigns and knowledge of web design standards preferred
- Proficiency in professional design and media-production tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable applications




- Thorough knowledge of layout and design techniques
- Robust project management skills
- Highly collaborative
- Strong proofreading and quality-review skills
