As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will oversee patrolling hospital grounds, monitor surveillance systems, and manage access controls. Responding to emergencies and providing top-notch customer service will also be part of your responsibilities. Strong conflict resolution skills are essential to maintain a peaceful environment.

Key Responsibilities:



• Patrol hospital grounds regularly for security • Monitor and report on surveillance footage • Ensure only authorized personnel access restricted areas • Quickly respond to emergency situations • Write detailed reports on incidents and activities

Requirements: • Obtain Security License for Nova Scotia • Valid Intermediate First Aid & CPR - Level C • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal • Previous security or relevant experience preferred • Required certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior
