Ledcor is looking for an Ironworker Foreman with expertise in shutdown and turnaround projects. This role involves leading ironworkers, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring safety throughout operations.

As a Foreman, you will provide essential leadership and direction to both Journeyperson and Apprentice Ironworkers. Your responsibilities will include managing preventative maintenance, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring high safety and productivity standards. You’ll also conduct toolbox talks and maintain crucial documentation for accurate planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:



• Execute shutdown and turnaround rigging scopes • Lead and support journeyperson and apprentice ironworkers • Oversee preventative maintenance and safety compliance • Conduct regular inspections and follow schedules • Train current employees and ensure effective communication

Requirements: • Registered Journeyperson Ironworker certification • 3-5 years of prior foreman experience • Proven shutdown and turnaround experience in oil & gas • Ability to work extended hours during projects • Commitment to quality and procedural compliance
