KRGinsure is looking for a skilled Team Lead for our Toronto SME Commercial Risk Placement Team. Take charge of client management and team mentorship in this full time role.
You will play a leading role in managing commercial clients while providing meaningful mentorship to your team members. This position focuses on creating and delivering high-quality insurance solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and strong market relationships. Your analytical skills will help bridge coverage gaps in client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide team members' development and growth
• Maintain comprehensive service for a diverse client book
• Perform detailed coverage gap analysis
• Implement effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies
• Negotiate impactful insurance programs for clients
Requirements:
• Active RIBO license is mandatory
• At least three years in commercial insurance brokerage
• Minimum three years as a Team Lead
• Knowledge of specialty insurance products preferred
• Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
