We are currently looking for a safe, reliable licensed 310 T diesel mechanic to be based out of our in-house mechanic shop in Belmont, ON. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle client relations
- Keep detailed records of work completed
- Place orders for parts to carry out the necessary repairs
- Carry out inspections and road tests to diagnose problems and ensure work was done correctly
- Save and label parts for client jobs
- Keep the shop and your work area clean, organized and free of safety violations
- Carry out safety checks and inspections on vehicles
- Carry out repairs for company fleet trucks, as outlined in DVIR reports
- Write up and provide estimates of labour & parts costs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in trucks, semi-trucks, buses,



cars and other motorized vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have 5 years of verifiable experience (required)
- Must have 2 excellent references
- Criminal background check
- Valid driver license with a driving record in good standing
- AZ/DZ license (an asset)
- Must have your 310T license (required)
