• Liaise effectively with project managers for project alignment
• Ensure crew productivity without compromising quality
• Monitor and support subcontractor operations daily




• Coordinate equipment and crew availability on site
• Attend meetings for cost control and scheduling
Requirements:
• Construction Engineering Technician or Civil Engineering background
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience
• 5+ years managing teams effectively
• Relevant experience in Sewer & Water and/or Grading
• Ability to work flexible schedule and travel
