Hi! Were a small, easygoing family looking for someone kind, patient, and reliable to help with our toddler, Kaisen. Hes curious, playful, and at that fun age where he loves exploring, being outside, and keeping everyone on their toes. Were pretty relaxed and down-to-earth, but the most significant thing to us is how Kaisen is treated. We want someone who will care for him the same way we do with lots of love, patience, kindness, and respect. Someone who genuinely enjoys being around him and takes the time to build a real bond with him. Were hoping to find one consistent person rather than having different babysitters coming in and out. Well definitely need someone for at least the next 6 months while were in Toronto, with the possibility of continuing longer depending on how long we end up staying. If its a great fit on both sides, wed love for it to feel like a comfortable, long-term arrangement rather than just occasional babysitting.
