The Foothills Medical Centre is seeking a skilled Locksmith to join its Facility Maintenance Teams. This position entails a range of locksmith duties focused on the security and functionality of door hardware systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining an optimal setting for patient care, working closely with various integrated systems and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and upgrade locking systems and door hardware
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and best practices
• Create and control key management systems




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective service
• Utilize CMMS for maintenance documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of a Journeyperson Locksmith program
• Active locksmithing license in Alberta
• Experience with large-scale facility environments
• Familiarity with key control software and security hardware
• Valid First Aid/CPR and WHMIS certification
