Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential broker partnerships and clients
• Educate prospects on mortgage products in-person




• Attend industry events and represent the company
• Develop outreach strategies for partnership proposals
• Collaborate on pitches and track sales progress
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AI, & HubSpot
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct detailed market research
• Client-centric and adaptable to change
