Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager in Governance and Control to lead governance practices within Finance, advise accountable officers, and strengthen control ownership across the business. You will oversee a team of managers, conduct control testing, and support regulatory governance initiatives while operating in a hybrid mode with 1–3 days on-site each week. You'll collaborate across Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance and external auditors.
