As part of the Portfolio Operations team, you will engage with users to resolve day-to-day issues regarding services, billing, and amenities. Key Responsibilities:
• Address user questions related to leases and services
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Develop and implement user engagement initiatives




• Deliver high-quality support to clients and colleagues
• Work with property teams on user-focused projects
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of customer-centric administrative experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking
• Familiarity with Yardi is an asset
