In this Full Time role, reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you'll engage in building operations within a mission to support those dealing with mental health and substance use challenges. You will handle maintenance tasks, collaborate with various teams, and maintain high standards of facility quality.

Key Responsibilities:



• Address and respond to maintenance issues effectively • Keep accurate records of repairs in Yardi software • Prepare units for tenancy by performing necessary repairs • Engage in emergency response as part of the on-call team • Work with staff to address residents’ diverse needs

Requirements: • Over 5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management • Hands-on expertise in trades or maintenance services • Understanding and compassion for mental health and substance use • Valid 'G' class driver's license and access to a vehicle • Current CPR Certification or willingness to register for training
