Key Responsibilities: • Complete clerical tasks outlined by the supervisor • Handle service calls efficiently and effectively • Track, record, and report work orders monthly • Communicate respectfully with tenants and contractors • Maintain accurate files and records

Requirements: • Grade 12 education or equivalent • Solid interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Organizational and time management expertise • Clear criminal record and vulnerability check
