Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on coaching and training for staff
• Monitor and enhance safety program effectiveness
• Host Health & Safety Committee meetings monthly
• Conduct comprehensive investigations for incidents
• Manage WorkSafeBC claims and return to work programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in an OHS role
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) certified
• Solid planning and analytical skills
• Proficient in Office 365 and SharePoint
• Related post-secondary education
