Location: Grand Rapids, MI Duration: Long Term Rate: $25-$45/hr (DOE) We are looking for an experienced

IT Support Technician II

to provide onsite, walk-up, and Level 1-3 technical support to global users.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of IT support experience with Windows, PCs, laptops, servers, and printers

Robust experience with

Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM, and macOS

Hardware, software, peripheral, and network troubleshooting

Experience with

IP networks, LAN/WAN,



and network monitoring tools

PowerShell scripting experience

Experience handling escalated Level 3 support tickets

CompTIA A+, ITIL, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Endpoint certification preferred

SharePoint Online and Power Automate experience is a plus

Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
