Oversee holistic care as a Home Support Supervisor with Tsleil-Waututh Nation in North Vancouver. Coordinate staff and client services in a supportive and culturally driven team environment.
This permanent full-time role focuses on supervising home care services, ensuring adherence to service plans, and creating a secure atmosphere for clients and staff. As a Registered Care Aide, you’ll facilitate client care while mentoring your team, promoting independence and well-being within Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and oversee home support service delivery
• Assist clients with ADLs and promote wellbeing
• Report changes in client conditions for timely intervention
• Maintain client home environments and cleanliness




• Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Care Aide in good standing
• At least three years’ experience with one year in a supervisory capacity
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Valid BC Driver’s License and insurance coverage
• Criminal Record Check for vulnerable sector compliance
