Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and support their entertainment experience
• Troubleshoot questions and manage booking inquiries

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory levels
• Respond to team-related and customer concerns as needed
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in leadership, hospitality, or customer service
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Availability for evenings and peak periods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
