Reporting to the Weekend Night Shift Machine Shop Supervisor, you will use your Mill Turn experience to perform machine setups and maintain quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute manual set-ups using CNC programming (G codes)
• Ensure precision by adjusting machine offsets and inspecting work
• Record quality data and report any machining issues
• Work from technical documentation and manufacturing drawings
• Champion standard work development and efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
• High school diploma and at least 5 years in Mill Turn operations
• Skilled in interpreting blueprints and quality measurement tools
• Experienced with renishaw probe cycles
• Committed to learning and effective team collaboration
• Must fulfill ITAR work eligibility in Canada
