What You Will Be Doing

- Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of hospitality
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to ensure a seamless dining experience




- Maintain strong communication with the service team to support smooth operations
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions to create memorable experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism
- Maintain an organized and polished host stand and reception area
- Support the team during peak service times and special events
- Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards in all guest interactions
- Other duties assigned

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a host or guest-facing role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
- High attention to detail and a passion for guest service
- Experience with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is an asset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Serving It Right certification
